Purchasing, Delivery and Returns

I want you to be very happy with any paintings you buy from me.

If you have any questions please contact me before buying, I also have a frequently asked questions section in the page footer which may answer your question.

I have been careful to photograph and show my art accurately in respect of colour and size, but given the many different web browsers and devices, the image you see online may vary slightly from the original. This kind of variation is not a fault and any slight difference will not be a valid reason to return the work

Ordering

How is my payment handled?


Payments are taken through PayPal or or with a credit card via Stripe in British Pounds Sterling.

You do not need to have a PayPal or Stripe account to purchase; you can use the PayPal or Stripe service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Shipping

Currently I am only shipping to the UK, if you are outside uk please contact me before ordering

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?
Paintings will be normally be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight.  Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first.

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?


Yes, If you would like to collect in person you can select Pickup at the checkout. Once you have placed your order I will contact you and we can work out a time to meet. I am based at Great Broughton in North Yorkshire (TS9 Postcode)

Is Shipping included?


No, unfortunately not at the moment, I am working to add this to the website as soon as possible. As soon as its added I’ll update this section.

What about large and / or high value paintings?

Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually – please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss shipping options.

Couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the Shipping details with each product listing.

If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately after agreement.

Can you ship internationally?

I can ship to most countries, if you are outside the UK please contact me before purchasing so we can work out shipping options and any customer liabilities.

 

Returns

What if I don’t like my painting when it is delivered?


I want you to be happy with your new artwork so I offer a return arrangement.

If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. If we agree on a return you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery to my studio, using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refundable

Returns from outside UK 
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.

What if my painting is damaged in transit?


All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been obviously damaged in transit, please refuse delivery from the courier and let me know as soon as possible. If you find the work damaged when you unwrap it please contact me within 48 hours with a photograph of the damage.
